Our Story
Cole Concrete Sawing and Drilling, Inc. officially started in 2017 with one employee, one truck, one saw and one core drill.
In 1984, Scott Cole started field work in concrete cutting. With a wife and a young family, the years of service to the industry were sometimes challenging, often rewarding and most importantly a catalyst for discovering personal strengths.

The knowledge of years served and contacts made, laid the foundation for venturing out and creating the company which has provided a deep personal satisfaction. Taking the wishes, thoughts and dreams of “maybe I could do this on my own” or “how would we do it differently if we were owner,” and actually being able to build with the family in the center, has been life altering.
Our decision to be a family company came in 2017 after Scott Cole retired from the laborers union in 2012. Today, Julie has the reins and has steered this company into success with coalitions with our unions, partners, and female-led businesses.
Our clients gain our commitment to project execution and they benefit from our own knowledge gained over the years and years of on-the-job experience. We believe everything we’ve gone through has culminated to allow us to provide the best service to our clients and trusted partners.
